In Portsmouth we have approximately 600 team members that work across two buildings, 400 of which work in the Call Centre covering a variety of shift patterns and providing a service to numerous Client accounts. The remaining 200 team members work in our Support Functions which include Human Resources, Quality, Health & Safety, Business Continuity, Physical Security, Development, Communications, Finance, I.T. Business Operations, Customer Relations, Claims, Resource Planning, Data Capture and Fulfillment.
In our Slough office, we have approximately 130 team members working in Support Functions to support our UK and European operations with roles in Client Development, Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, Legal, Finance and I.T. teams.
In our Kettering office, we have approximately 70 Agents delivering a travel service to our Clients customers across a number of different shifts. In addition to the Call Centre, our business also includes a number of Support Functions which are also based in Kettering; HR, Finance and Accounts, Commercial and Resource Planning.
