Under the umbrella of our parent company Affinion Group, a leader in this area with 3,500 employees globally, Affinion International is helping brands build a more profitable relationship with close to 117 million customers worldwide. This huge depth of experience has allowed us to build an extraordinary fund of marketing knowledge and to continue to develop new products and services that are perfectly suited to changing customer needs and channel usage. From our roots in providing packaged products for retail bank accounts, through to our latest stand-alone product offerings, we are able to offer expertise that builds genuine value. This value is currently worth over £200m per annum to leading UK brands.

What do we deliver for our partners?

Our way of working is very simple and transparent. We create successful marketing programmes through the deployment of relevant and attractive products that consumers are willing to engage with through payment of a continuing subscription fee.  Our Global experience means that we are able to take the financial risk out of any partnership not only by the way we can underwrite the costs of our retail products but also through our investment in their marketing and servicing and the substantial commission that we can pay to you from the subscription revenues that they drive.

In essence, all that we require is an understanding of your customer base and then we take over from there. We do not ask for any financial commitment from you. Our clear goal is to build your brand in a profitable way so as to deliver a revenue stream to both our businesses. All communications to customers are from your brand; they have a relationship with you and not with us. Guidelines and standards are always agreed upon and signed off. The same goes for any telephone or online contact; we have a contact team of skilled UK agents. If required, we can also help you to use your own customer touchpoints to drive cross and upsell opportunities.

Our use of fully tested marketing communications is currently delivering response rates in the UK of over 3% to acquisition mailing programmes, and up to 45% using our call transfer approach from any inbound customer enquiries. These are class-leading response figures and it is our ability to deliver in this area which allows us to take on the marketing risk, so you can have complete confidence in our ability to deliver revenue, customer loyalty and brand differentiation. Our powerful data modelling approach means we can match your customer file to appropriate product information, thereby maximising new opportunities.
